Registration papers will be delivered when we receive proof of the puppies spay or neuter.  The puppy  is
sold with limited AKC registration.  The initial deposit of $250 is non-refundable.  The puppy will not be
delivered until full payment is received in cash only.  Balance to be paid upon delivery of the puppy.   Puppy
can be picked up when puppy is 8 to 10 weeks old or any time after that date at a time mutually agreed
upon by buyer and seller.

This puppy appears to be in sound body and good health, as far as it appears to the eye at the time of
purchase. This puppy is warranted for the period of one year against hereditary and congenital disorders
that would interfere with the puppy's ability to lead a normal life.  Undescended testicles or umbilical hernias
are not considered such defects.  Should a veterinarian find a life-threatening hereditary or congenital
disorder within one year of purchase, you must supply me within 10 days of diagnosis, your veterinarian’s
written report.  I reserve the right to have any diagnosis verified by a veterinarian of my choice.  This puppy
would then be replaced by another of equal value as available.


Adult size, confirmation, color, temperament, or coat type cannot be guaranteed.  The purchaser is allowed
a time frame of 1 week to determine if this puppy will fit the purchaser's household.  In the unlikely event that
the puppy purchaser needs the seller to buy back the puppy, the purchaser will agree to forfeit 1/2 the
purchase price (applicable within the first week of ownership only).   It is the buyer's responsibility to return
the puppy to the breeder.  The deposit is non-refundable.

The puppy should be taken to a veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase.  If any congenital or hereditary
defects are found that would interfere with the puppy's ability to lead a normal life,  the puppy can be
returned to the breeder for a full refund.

If the buyer is ever in a position where he can no longer keep the puppy or provide a proper home for the
dog, the dog must be returned to the breeder.  The puppy is not to be resold or surrendered to an animal
shelter, or placed in another home.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a sale and rescind this contract at any time prior to the placement of
the puppy.


This contract shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.  The parties agree that any action brought to enforce any provision of this contract shall be
brought in Mercer County, Pennsylvania.


Breeder and Buyer certify  by signing this agreement of sale that the above conditions
of sale will be followed.

You are welcome to come and visit us. We will work to set up
a time that is convenient We do ask that you do not visit other
breeders, pet stores, shelters, or kennels the same day as
you visit us. We want to keep our healthy puppies healthy
and can not risk diseases being brought in from other places.

The price of one of our  puppies is $950 to $1500 for limited
AKC registation. We place our puppies on a  spay/neuter
contract. Call  or email for specific prices.

Options when it comes time to pick up your puppy:


1. You can come to the farm to pick up your puppy and visit
with the entire Happy Havs Family.

2. We can meet you at the airport and the puppy can be a
carry on on a flight home with you.

3. We can meet you partway if you are within  a reasonable
driving distance.
